The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice TV. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet still only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even preparing special bread for my dietary needs and helping us find a restaurant for dinner.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

The kids had a blast playing on the swings and slides, and it was a great way for them to burn off some energy. The playground was well-maintained and had plenty of space for the kids to run around. It provided a perfect opportunity for us to relax and enjoy some quality family time together.

My wife says that having a small indoor play area for the children would have been a great addition.

There was lots of options for breakfast, including toast and jam, I appreciated it. Also, location was perfect, just a short walk away from Isola Sacra Necropolis. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Fiumicino.

Bb Smallville was an amazing value for our money, with beautiful and spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the airport, and the staff, especially Daniella, treated us like royalty.

But the best part was the balcony which offered a stunning view and a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee. I also appreciated the soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the tile/marble floor gave the room a touch of elegance.

Personally, I found the washing machine in the double room a bit unnecessary for my short stay.

My stay at this B&B was wonderful from start to finish. The host, Francesco, was incredibly welcoming and even recommended an amazing steak house just a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was on the top floor with a quiet and lovely balcony offering a great view over the area. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and everything was very clean. Being close to the airport and having a delicious steak dinner followed by relaxing on the balcony was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
